Role: Welder FabricatorHours: 40 hours | Days only - Early finish Fridays!Location: ChesterfieldSalary: Up to £37,500 per annum (DOE) | overtime opportunities at enhanced ratesWe are partnering with our client to recruit a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a hands-on, permanent role with excellent pay and work-life balance.Key Responsibilities: Fabricate, assemble, and weld metal components according to technical drawings and specificationsMIG, TIG welding on various materialsOperate hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, and prepare materialsConduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standardsMaintain a safe, organised, and clean working environment What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a Fabricator/Welder or in a similar roleSkilled in a range of welding techniques, MIG & TIG desirableExperience working with a variety of materials e.g. various steels, sheet metal, aluminium, duplex etc.Ability to confidently read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipJBRP1_UKTJ
