IMMEDIATE START ​

We are looking for 8 Welders to join our Portchester Team on a Permanent basis

​Job Purpose:

The Fabricator/Welder will be responsible for performing fabrication and welding tasks, maintaining high-quality to ensure production standards are meet within the agreed timeframes.

Objectives:

· Measure, cut, form, and prepare aluminium components for fabrication.

· Fit and assemble aluminium parts, ensuring correct alignment and tolerances.

· Perform high-quality aluminium welding (MIG and/or TIG) to required specifications.

· Grind, dress, and finish welded joints for smooth appearance and structural integrity.

· Assemble sub-assemblies and attach them to the main structure.

· Operate and maintain fabrication tools, welding equipment, and safety gear.

· Maintain standards for Health and safety within department

· Take responsibility to ensure that the company’s environmental policies are enforced in full

Qualifications / Experience:

· Ability to generate a positive project and team ethos

· Proven experience in aluminium fabrication and welding.

· Ability to read and work from engineering drawings.

· Strong attention to detail and quality
