Welder/Fabricator (Company Funded Training)

Are you an Junior Welder/Fabricator or someone with basic engineering experience looking to develop a career in welding within a busy and supportive workshop environment?

In this role, you will be involved in welding and fabricating sheet metal components, working from engineering drawings and supporting production across a range of projects. Trainees will be supported and trained to develop their welding and fabrication skills.

The ideal candidate will either have experience in MIG/TIG welding and fabrication or come from an engineering background with a desire to learn and progress in the trade.

The Role:

Welding and fabricating sheet metal components using MIG and TIG techniques
* Working with materials including stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminium
* Reading and working from technical drawings to produce high-quality components
\n
\n
The Person:
\n
\n
Experience in welding/fabrication or a background in an engineering environment
* Ability to read engineering drawings ( for experienced candidates)
* Motivated, reliable, and keen to learn and develop skills
\n
