Sheet Metal Worker / Welder (MIG & TIG)

Permanent Position | Coldstream, Scottish Borders

The Role:

We are looking to recruit an experiencedSheet Metal Worker / Welderto join our manufacturing team on a permanent basis.

The successful applicant will be required to:

• Manufacturesteel telescopic covers for machine tools
• Carry outMIG and TIG weldingto a high standard
• Work from engineering drawings
• Cut, form, assemble, and finish sheet metal components
• Maintain quality and accuracy throughout the fabrication process

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience insheet metal work
• Competent inMIG & TIG welding
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• A reliable, hands-on approach with good attention to detail
• Comfortable working as part of a small, close-knit team

Hours of Work:

• Monday Thursday:7:30am 4:30pm
• Friday:7:30am 12:30pm
• 39 hours per week(early Friday finish)
