Cleaning and re-setting Cabins Stocking and maintaining an inventory of housekeeping supplies Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures Scrubbing and sanitising showers, bathtubs, toilets, countertops and sinks Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly, escalating to the Housekeeping Manager, if necessary Building rapport with regular guests, fostering a welcoming and loyal customer base Although this role is predominantly working inside Cabins, our Housekeepers will also be required to be outside as they move between and service each Cabin throughout the day. Although the Housekeeping Team will primarily oversee the Cabins and Bedrooms, there will also be some housekeeping duties in the main buildings and other areas of the property. There are a number of full-time, part-time and weekend positions. Full time positions will work any five days out of seven. Earnings are £11.65/hour to £13.50/hour, including TRONC (Tips & Service Charge), and are depending on age. Working Hours shift times will vary throughout the week; Working Days your working days will depend on if you work full-time, part-time or weekend. Full-time members of the team will be required to work any five days out of seven and will involve working on weekends on a regular basis.
