Were working with a growing and forward-thinking entertainment company who are looking for a Website Manager to take ownership of their online platforms. This role is ideal for someone who is both creative and technically minded, with experience managing and optimising websites to drive performance and user engagement.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain company websites to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
  • Update website content regularly, including products, pages, and media.
  • Oversee and optimise e-commerce operations using WooCommerce.
  • Work with ZAP to manage integrations and streamline processes.
  • Monitor website analytics and performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Ensure websites are user-friendly, responsive, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams on campaigns and updates.
  • Identify opportunities to improve user experience and conversion rates.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve website issues in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience managing websites, ideally within an e-commerce environment.
  • Experience using WooCommerce.
  • Familiarity with ZAP (or similar integration tools).
  • Basic understanding of SEO and website performance optimisation.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Positive attitude with strong attention to detail.
