Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Website Content & E‑commerce Merchandising Manager to take ownership of on‑site content publishing and merchandising across our e‑commerce platforms. This role sits at the intersection of content, merchandising, and technical execution, working closely with E‑commerce, Brand, Marketing, and Customer Services teams to deliver high‑quality, commercially effective web experiences. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience managing content on websites, strong e‑commerce merchandising expertise, and confidence working with platforms such as Magento and/or Shopify. You will also play a key role in leading and delivering content migration to a new platform. Key Responsibilities Website Content Management Publish, update, and maintain website content including product pages, category pages, homepage, promotional landing pages, category pages and blog posts. Work closely with Brand and Marketing teams to deliver engaging, on‑brand web pages that support commercial and campaign objectives. Proactively manage ongoing homepage and site adjustments and seasonal updates. Ensure content is accurate, up to date, and aligned with SEO and UX best practices.
