Main Purpose
Lead and deliver the council's digital content transformation, with a primary focus on the LocalGov Drupal website migration. Operate as a hands-on content lead within a live programme, driving delivery at pace, shaping content strategy where needed, and ensuring content is accessible, user-centred and aligned to service outcomes. Work across multiple workstreams, balancing priorities and ensuring content enables the successful rollout of new digital services.Main duties and responsibilities Delivery and Project Leadership
Lead and deliver priority content redesign and migration activity for the LocalGov Drupal website Drive progress against a content backlog, aligned to programme milestones and launch plans Work closely with programme and delivery leads to identify and unblock content dependencies Operate effectively in an agile / iterative delivery environment, supporting rapid testing and refinement Content Strategy and Approach
Define and evolve a pragmatic content strategy aligned to programme timelines and constraints Lead the implementation of a structured content model suitable for LocalGov Drupal Balance speed and quality, making clear, evidence-based decisions on where to invest effort AI and Content Transformation
