Web Applications Support Engineer Our client is looking for an experienced Web Applications Support Engineer to join them on a contract basis. You'll play a key role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving critical web applications, ensuring high availability and performance for end users. For this role, the key essential skills are: JavaScript, SQL & Unix/Linux 6 months + Inside IR35 Key Responsibilities Provide 1st/2nd line support for web-based applications Investigate and resolve incidents, bugs, and performance issues Work closely with technical teams to diagnose and fix defects Perform root cause analysis and implement preventative measures Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and fixes Required Skills & Experience Strong experience with JavaScript in a production environment Basic knowledge of SQL (query writing, performance tuning, troubleshooting) Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux systems (Shell Scripting, log analysis, system commands) Experience supporting web applications in a live environment Familiarity with debugging tools and monitoring systems Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Other experience
