As a Wealth Operations Analyst at Tribe, you’ll play a central role in leading investment team operations, owning key client-related processes, and fulfilling demand for day-to-day business operations.
You’ll work across the firm — collaborating with our operations, investment and client teams — to deliver a seamless and thoughtful client experience. And crucially, you’ll bring a passion for sustainability and a belief in the positive role finance can play in shaping the future.
Responsibilities
Investment Operations
Portfolio monitoring and order management: Managing portfolio activity and cash operations for client accounts, including cash raises and tranches, whilst monitoring cash levels and client overdrafts.
Rebalances and Investment Committee: Coordinating post-investment committee deliverables and portfolio rebalances; organising relevant stakeholders for the completion of deliverables following monthly investment committees and quarterly model rebalances, whilst managing BAU trading activity (fees, liquidations, shareclass switches, ISA subscriptions, etc.).
Third Party Platform Management: Coordinating model changes and rebalances across third party platforms (e.g., Transact, Nucleus, 7iM, etc.), and owning relationships with key contacts at platforms.
Investment restrictions: Implementing and monitoring investment restrictions on client accounts.
Fund Operations: Liaising with fund managers, third party platforms, and the investment team to coordinate share class setups, switches, and rebates.
Trade Error Management: Managing key deliverables between compliance, investment team, and client team for trade error resolutions.
Client team collateral: Updating client team collateral to correctly reflect investment model holdings and performance.
Investment Performance: Acting as the point of contact for performance queries from the client team and maintaining the performance reporting framework to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
Data Requests: Liaising with key third party data providers to supply key investment holding and performance data for Tribe models.
Client Operations
Onboarding: Conducting prompt assessment of client onboarding documents in line with internal compliance and commercial policies, before initiating account record set-up for new accounts with our custodian.
Account Management: Managing on-going maintenance of existing account records; reviewing and approving payments, new account set-ups, and managing closures.
Client Reporting: Coordinating relevant stakeholders (both internal and external) to ensure timely delivery of periodic client reporting (e.g., quarterly valuations, tax packs, and costs & charges) via Tribe’s online platform and becoming the point of contact for reporting related queries.
Transfers: Coordinating key deliverables between Tribe’s client team, custodian, investment team (and, where relevant, legacy investment managers) to execute in-specie client transfers.
New Funds: Monitoring of daily cash flows to inform wealth managers of new few funds received.
Management Information: Ensuring delivery of daily custodian reports on trading activity and supporting the Head of Operations in compiling management information for monthly reporting and quarterly board meetings.
Business Operations
Assisting the Head of Operations with the smooth running of the office; this includes liaising with building management, our IT provider, suppliers & contractors.
