ResponsibilitiesWork alongside the current team to originate new clients from the private equity ecosystem, leveraging your network and building relationships with financial sponsor coverage teams in Corporate and Investment Banking.Lead client relationships with private equity professionals, delivering tailored wealth management solutions across investments and lending.Accelerate the firm’s fund finance proposition to financial sponsors.Generate client revenue, net new assets and net new lending business in line with the firm’s strategy.Act as Accountable Client Owner, ensuring full compliance with AML, KYC and regulatory standards.Stay ahead of market trends, regulatory changes and client-impacted developments relevant to private equity professionals.QualificationsMinimum bachelor's degree level or equivalent qualification/industry experience.Regulatory certification in the UK to at least a Level 4 RDR (Retail Distribution Review) or equivalent.Demonstrated industry experience, ideally working with private equity professionals and financial sponsors.Excellent understanding of the governing regulatory framework, including confidentiality, data protection and cross-border rules where relevant.Expertise in sourcing and onboarding new clients in the wealth management space.BenefitsHybrid working model allowing eligible employees to work remotely part-time.Competitive salary and non-contributory pension.30 days holiday plus bank holidays, with optional purchase of additional days.Life assurance and private health care for you and your family.A range of flexible benefits including retail discounts, Bike4Work scheme and gym benefits.Opportunity to support a broad CSR program and 2 days volunteering leave per year.Flexible benefits that can be tailored to individual needs.Flexible working arrangements to support personal priorities.Equality, Diversity and InclusionWe value diversity and are an equal-opportunity employer.
