Job Title: Water Treatment Equipment Engineer

Location: Croydon, Greater London

Salary/Benefits: £28k - £45k + Training & Benefits

Our client is a medium-sized, privately owned Water Treatment outfit. They are actively growing their reach across the South East region, and require a technically-minded Water Treatment Equipment Engineer who can service their new contracts. Daily duties will involve the servicing and installation of various Water Treatment Equipment systems and associated components. It would be beneficial for applicants to hold a mechanical/electrical engineering background, but this is not essential. Our client is offering attractive salaries and benefits packages for the successful individual.

Experience / Qualifications:

* Experience working as a Water Treatment Equipment Engineer

* Ideally will hold Mechanical / Electrical qualifications / experience

* Working knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines

* Flexible to travel when required

* Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills

* Hardworking attitude

The Role:

* Installing ROs, UV filtration systems and water softeners

* Servicing on existing systems and components to ensure efficiency and optimum performance

* Diagnosing technical issues on systems whilst in situ

* Making recommendations for any remedial works

* Producing quotations for projects

* Ordering parts and materials

* Meeting with clients to discuss findings and required works

* Maintaining high standards of work and excellent customer satisfaction
