The Role This is an excellent opportunity for a Water Network Specialist to move into a Learning & Development role with a well-established and growing organisation.

The successful candidate will work as a Learning & Development Coach, delivering training focused on Water Network Construction and Leakage Operations.

Strong, hands-on industry experience is essential, as you'll be using your real-world knowledge to train future Water Network Construction specialists.

The Company You'll be joining a leading provider of training and development within the water sector.

The organisation promotes a positive, supportive team culture that recognises hard work and encourages innovative thinking.

Training is delivered through a hybrid model, with approximately one week in every two involving three days of on-site training at client locations across the UK.

All travel and accommodation costs are fully covered, with the remainder of the role completed remotely.
