About the Role

Work Lyf Group are currently recruiting for an experienced and driven Water Hygiene Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to take ownership of water hygiene operations, lead a team, and support the continued growth of a respected compliance organisation.

This hybrid position involves a blend of office, home, and onsite work and will require travel to client sites across the UK and Europe, including some overnight stays.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and oversee Water Hygiene operations, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards.

* Lead, support, and develop the water hygiene team through effective supervision and performance management.

* Attend sales appointments and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

* Identify opportunities to upsell services and produce accurate quotations.

* Schedule and book in work, ensuring efficient delivery and high service standards.

* Produce reports and documentation as required.

* Collaborate with internal teams to maintain workflow and operational effectiveness.

Qualifications

Applicants must hold at least one of the following:

* Level 2 (or above) City & Guilds qualification, and/or

* BOHS training in Legionella, or an equivalent qualification in Water Hygiene or related disciplines.

Requirements

Candidates must have:

* Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a senior supervisory or team management role.

* Full UK Driving Licence (clean licence preferred).

* Willingness to travel throughout the UK & Europe, including overnight stays.

* Strong IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
