Water Hygiene Engineer – Greater London, Surrey

£28000-£36000 + Van + Benefits + Unlimited Overtime

With over 2000 staff across various building services in the UK, our client is looking to expand their maintenance division and currently require a Water Hygiene Engineer to work on commercial and residential sites in Greater London.

To apply for the Water Hygiene Engineer position, the following is required:

* 5+ years post qualification working as a Water Hygiene Engineer or Water Hygiene Technician

* Driving license

* DBS checked

* Ability to cover the Greater London, Surrey region

Duties of the Water Hygiene Engineer will include:

* Temperature monitoring/testing of tap outlets and tanks

* Cleaning, Descaling and disinfection of shower heads and hoses

* Inspection and servicing of Thermostatic Mixer Valves

* Ensuring work meets UK safety standards

* Completing job reports.

Typical sites for the Water Hygiene Engineer will include council properties, commercial buildings (offices, schools, hospitals) and maintenance contracts for housing associations.

Working often in pairs our client will offer both on site and office-based training to enable you to pick up new qualifications.

Working to a 40-hour week, overtime is available and a full benefits package including van, mobile phone, team bonus + overtime
