Job Summary
The Client Relationship Director is a senior role within the Executive Education team, responsible for driving the commercial success of our customised executive education provision. You will lead the development and management of high value client relationships, taking opportunities from initial prospect engagement through to contract close, active delivery, and long‑term partnership growth.
Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts and act as a trusted advisor to senior executives.
Develop a deep understanding of client needs and shape bespoke learning solutions that deliver impact.
Identify and win new business, assess and respond to RFPs.
Lead internal collaboration across faculty and professional services teams to deliver outstanding client outcomes.
Contribute to revenue growth and reputation during a period of growth and innovation within Executive Education.
Qualifications
Experienced senior client relationship or business development professional with a strong track record at Board, C‑suite, and senior executive level.
Highly commercial and relationship focused, confident managing complex sales cycles, developing tailored solutions, and securing high value opportunities.
Proactive, organised, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment, with excellent communication and influencing skills.
Desirable experience in executive education, professional services, or a similar consultative sales environment.
Ability to manage accounts, financial forecasts, and stakeholder relationships with professionalism and credibility.
UK & international travel required.
