You will be responsible for leading a team of operatives, ensuring productivity targets are met, and maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy, and efficiency. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who can motivate a team while also supporting day-to-day warehouse activities. Key Responsibilities Supervising and coordinating a team of warehouse operatives Delegating tasks and monitoring performance to meet daily targets Leading by example by supporting picking, packing, and loading activities Ensuring all goods are stored and handled correctly Overseeing stock control, stock checks, and inventory accuracy Training and onboarding new team members Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment Ensuring all health & safety procedures are followed at all times Reporting any issues, delays, or performance concerns to management Skills & Experience
