Role: Warehouse Team Leader

Location: Ashford, Middlesex

Hours: Full Time

Salary: £31,900

An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Warehouse Team Leader to join our clients successful team.

This role will assist the Warehouse Supervisor with planning, supervising staff, and ensuring warehouse activities run safely, efficiently, and in line with required standards. You’ll also step up to oversee the operation during periods of absence

Duties of a Warehouse Team Leader:

Supporting daily warehouse operations and staff allocation Supervising goods in/out, stock control, audits and inventory accuracy Ensuring health & safety, housekeeping and security standards are met Liaising with internal and external customers professionally Identifying process improvements and cost efficiencies

What we would like from a Warehouse Team Leader:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a high-value / high-tech warehouse environment Strong IT and warehouse systems knowledge Confident supervising people and leading by example Solid understanding of health & safety legislation Forklift licences (Counterbalance / Reach) and a flexible, hands-on approach
