THE ROLE: The primary role of the Warehouse Team Leader is to lead the Goods Out / logistics team in the accurate picking, order preparation, stock management / rotation and general warehouse best practice, maximising efficiencies to provide timely availability to meet customer expectations. Undertake thorough quality and quantity checks on all orders to achieve 100% on- time and in full targets. Working closely with both the Transport & Logistics and Planning Supervisor on a daily basis to manage the manufacture / availability of required stock to meet your picking priorities. Maintaining the Warehouse to agreed standards of GMP, including all equipment and resources. Follow Company policies and procedures at all times. Line management responsibility for the team of warehouse operatives, allocating and directing daily labour to meet priorities, adjusting as required.
