Warehouse Team Leader Location: Cwmbran, Wales Shift Pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off 6am 6pm Overview As the Warehouse Shift Lead, you will provide hands-on, first-line leadership to the warehouse team throughout your shift. You will set the tone for safe, compliant, and efficient operations while ensuring high standards across inventory accuracy, order fulfilment, and shift performance. Working closely with the Warehouse Shift Lead, you will help deliver consistent, reliable warehouse results that support overall business objectives.
