Warehouse Team Leader

Proactive Personnel are currently looking for a Warehouse Team Leader for our client based in Blackburn, Lancashire.

Duties would include:

* Managing the daily work plan.

* Adherence to stock management systems.

* Manage and organise daily picking requirements.

* Monitor accuracy and organisation during unloading/inspection of all inbound goods/returned product.

* Supervise picking and checking process for accuracy and to ensure customers orders are fulfilled.

* Daily liaison with Transport, Sales and Supply Chain to monitor and improve processes.

* Full adherence to health and safety policy and procedures.

* Assist in employee training, development and engagement.

Requirements:

* Previous Team Leading experience within a Warehouse/manufacturing environment.

* A good working knowledge of health and safety requirements

* Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office

* A team player with a positive attitude towards work and staff engagement.

Salary is £28,000- £32,000 + 15% Shift Allowance and 4% bonus earning potential.

The hours of work are Monday to Friday 06:00- 14:00/ 14:00- 22:00 on a weekly rotating shift pattern.
