In this role, you'll work closely with management and operational teams to achieve key targets, maintain compliance, and ensure exceptional customer service. You'll be hands-on, proactive, and ready to step up when needed to keep everything moving seamlessly.
Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing
Allocate daily tasks and monitor progress to ensure targets are met.
Complete accurate incident reporting and maintain compliance standards.
Provide administrative support for stock management and operational updates.
Investigate and resolve stock, equipment, and operational issues promptly.
Oversee housekeeping and safety standards across your area of the warehouse.
Report maintenance needs and escalate equipment issues when required.
Deliver daily team briefings and compile handovers for smooth shift transitions.
Recognise and reward team contributions to keep morale high.
Support welfare processes and employee development through documented discussions.
Conduct low-level investigations and first-stage absence reviews.
