Warehouse Front Line Manager (Amesbury) Location: Amesbury Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off (Days) Sector: FMCG / Warehousing & Logistics The Role We are seeking a confident and experienced Warehouse Team Leaderto lead a standalone warehouse operation in Amesbury. This is a key leadership role responsible for the safe, efficient, and accurate dispatch of finished goods, while ensuring full compliance with hygiene, technical, and health & safety standards. Operating within a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern, you will act as the on-site leader, ensuring continuity of operations across day and night shifts. You will take full ownership of site performance, people leadership, and operational excellence.
