Hours of Work: Monday Friday, 10:30am 7:30pm (full time) As a Warehouse Supervisor, your role will oversee the smooth running of our warehouse shift supporting the Operations Manager. You'll be responsible for staffing, workload distribution, team motivation, and ensuring the highest standards in safety and efficiency. You will also participate in stock takes and assist with picking and loading orders, ensuring our high standards are maintained at all times. Warehouse Supervisor Requirements : Previous experience in warehouse supervision or team leadership Valid counterbalance forklift certificate of competence Exceptional communication and organisational skills Ability to motivate and develop team members Ability to manage multiple priorities and problem-solve effectively This role includes manual handling of our products; you must be comfortable doing so in the correct manner.
