Warehouse Supervisor Location: Aston Clinton, HP22 5WJ
Reporting to: Warehouse Team Manager
About the Role We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee shift operations and ensure efficiency, accuracy, and excellent customer service across all warehouse activities.
This is a key leadership role where you will lead, motivate, and support a team of operatives, acting as the first point of contact for operational issues. You’ll play an important role in maintaining a safe, productive environment while driving continuous improvement and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities Operations & Performance
Oversee daily warehouse operations to maximise efficiency using the WMS
Monitor productivity and ensure alignment with operational targets
Plan workflows, staffing levels, space utilisation, and equipment layout
Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately in line with quality standards
Coordinate safe loading and unloading of vehicles
Maintain stock accuracy through effective receiving and picking processes
Support cycle counts, stock takes, stock transfers, and consolidation
Provide clear and accurate end-of-shift handovers   Leadership & Team Development
Lead, coach, and motivate team members to achieve performance targets
Train staff to resolve day-to-day operational challenges
Induct new and temporary employees effectively
