About the Role

We are recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor to join a well-established industrial distribution business specialising in cable and electrical products. This is a hands-on supervisory role, leading a warehouse team while also remaining operational on the floor. Excellent long-term prospects are available following a successful 12-week temporary period.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support daily warehouse operations Lead and motivate a small team of warehouse operatives Ensure picking, packing, and dispatch targets are met Operate Counterbalance forklifts (essential) and Bendi / Narrow Aisle (preferred) Maintain stock accuracy and warehouse organisation Enforce health & safety procedures and housekeeping standards Support training and onboarding of new staff Requirements

Valid Counterbalance forklift licence (essential) Bendi / Narrow Aisle forklift certificate (highly desirable) Previous warehouse supervisory or team leader experience Physically fit and comfortable in a hands-on role Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills Reliable, punctual, and proactive What’s on Offer
