Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee nightshift operations within a very busy logistics warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of warehouse management systems, shipping and receiving processes, and materials handling. This role requires the ability to manage a team effectively while ensuring that all warehouse activities are conducted safely and efficiently. Responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Manage and train warehouse staff, fostering a productive and positive work environment. Oversee shipping and receiving activities, ensuring accurate documentation and efficient processing of goods. Utilise warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and manage stock movements effectively. Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure seamless operations. Perform regular inspections of equipment and facilities, addressing any mechanical issues promptly.
