Job Description Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday rotating shift - 06:00am-14:00pm & 14:00pm-22:00pm. Salary: £32,282.19 + allowance of £3,228.22 per annum. Your job duties will include but not limited to the below. We are looking for a supervisor who can run a busy shift managing around 50 people across various workstreams.

The products coming through the door are damaged items. Its a fast-paced environment where they need to think on their feet.

The candidate will be responsible for most HR aspects, attendance, managing performance, briefing the team, reacting to the dynamics of the operation and knowing where to position people to hit targets.

Ideally this person will have been a supervisor/shift manager or a senior team leader.
