Job Title: Warehouse Shift ManagerLocation: Farnborough, GU14 6JFJob Length: Permanent Working Hours: 45 hours per week, working on a 2 shift rotating pattern. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, this role will play a key part of our succuss journey and you will have the opportunity to be involved in the following:Role Responsibilities:Providing skills required to deliver to our customers on time and in fullProviding a high-quality service to suit customers needsWorking closely with the transport and office teams to ensure a smooth running of operations and meeting overall site objectivesSupervising a team of operatives across different shifts.Holding health and safety at the forefront of all warehouse procedures to maintain a safe working environment at all timesCheck for picking accuracy and breakages with investigations where necessary.Monitor physical inventory across the site to ensure that a perpetual inventory is maintained on a timely basis.
