Reporting into the Operations Manager, you will be expected to manage the nightly running of the operation to achieve site KPIs, providing leadership and direction, driving a culture of continuous improvement (CI).Key Responsibilities as Warehouse Shift Manager (Nights):You will be responsible for 2 Direct Reports and c20 FTEs. Youd be expected to drive the shifts activities.
