Role Overview

We are currently seeking aWarehouse Operative / Forklift Driverto support the team at their Thirsk site. This is a hands-on role involving general warehouse duties, stock control, and the safe loading and unloading of goods. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a warehouse or industrial environment and hold a valid FLT licence.

Requirements
ValidForklift Truck Licence(Counterbalance or Reach).
Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
Basic computer literacy training will be given on internal systems.
Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Reliable, punctual, and a good team player.

Key Responsibilities
Operating a forklift safely and efficiently to move, load, and unload materials and equipment.
Receiving, checking, and storing deliveries accurately.
Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch.
Maintaining accurate stock records and updating inventory systems.
Assisting with general warehouse organisation and ensuring a clean, safe working environment.
Supporting engineers with equipment preparation and logistics when required.
Adhering to all company health & safety policies and procedures.
