Warehouse Operative

Location: Keighley

Pay: £12.60 per hour

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (including weekends)

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and reliable Warehouse Operative to join our busy team in Keighley. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time. This is a hands-on role that includes regular lifting and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Picking and packing customer orders
• Using printed picklists or handheld terminals
• Lifting, moving, loading, and unloading items
• Working collaboratively as part of a team
• Keeping your work area clean and organised

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment
• Confidence using handheld scanners and completing basic computer tasks
• Strong attention to detail – accuracy matters
• Comfortable with physical work, including lifting and moving stock

Desirable:

• Experience in logistics, distribution, or the supply chain sector
• Familiarity with manual picking processes
