This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking for a long-term position with the potential to secure a permanent contract following a successful probation period.Working Hours: Monday Friday (08:30 17:00)Pay rate: £13.00 Per HourTemp to Perm (following successful probation)The RoleAs a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day warehouse operations. You will be responsible for handling goods, supporting stock control, and working as part of a team to meet daily targets.Key ResponsibilitiesLoading and unloading deliveriesPicking and packing orders accuratelyMoving goods to and from storage areas and rackingAssisting with goods-in and goods-out processesConducting stock checks and supporting inventory controlEnsuring all shipments and inventory transactions are accurateMaintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environmentSupporting general warehouse duties as requiredAbout YouPrevious warehouse experience preferredStrong understanding of health and safety proceduresGood attention to detail and accuracyReliable, punctual, and hardworkingAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGood communication skillsThis is an excellent opportunity for a Warehouse Operative seeking stability and career progression within a well-established operation.M4 Recruitment are an employment business and operate as an equal opportunities employer.
