Warehouse operative (FLT Driver) - Temp to perm

Pay: £14.00 per hour
Hours: Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:00
Location: Medway

We're currently looking for an experienced Warehouse operative with a Forklift Truck licence to join our team in Medway. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role and is keen to develop new skills - including future training to operate a VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) truck.

About the Role

This is not a typical full‑time forklift role. While you will use the FLT when needed, most of your day will involve:

Moving stock from the packing area to the warehouse
Putting stock away accurately and efficiently
Using scanners and computer systems to track and update stock movements
Supporting warehouse operations, including picking orders once trained

What We're Looking For

A valid FLT licence
Someone confident using computers (as scanners and PC systems are used regularly)
A reliable team player with good attention to detail
Willingness to learn and train on a VNA truck in the future
A proactive and flexible attitude to supporting general warehouse tasks
