Crem Recruitment has been appointed to recruit for a key business on the outskirts of Haverhill, to assist with their busy spell. This is a busy, modern facility looking for pickers and packers to process orders.

Key Responsibilities:

* Pick and pack products accurately in line with order specifications and quality standards.

* Work to targets and KPIs, maintaining accuracy and efficiency throughout the shift.

* Handle products with care, ensuring all items are packed to company presentation standards.

* Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.

* Collaborate with team members to achieve daily performance goals and uphold warehouse standards.

Hours & Pay:

· Full-time, temporary

· Rotational late-shift schedule: Sunday–Thursday / Monday–Friday, 16:15–00:45.

· £15.14 per hour

Requirements:

* Reliable and consistent approach to work, with excellent timekeeping and attendance.

* Strong attention to detail and ability to meet productivity and accuracy targets.

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

* Able to follow instructions clearly and work effectively as part of a team.

* Previouspicking and packing experience is desirable but not essential.
