Job Overview

We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives for flexible, ad hoc night shifts at a busy distribution centre in Basingstoke. This role is ideal for candidates looking for flexible work, part-time hours, or additional income.

Key Responsibilities

* Loading and unloading delivery vehicles

* Scanning and sorting parcels accurately

* Moving goods safely within the warehouse

* Handling items up to 25kg

* Using handheld scanners and warehouse systems

* Working efficiently within a fast-paced logistics environment

Requirements

* Previous warehouse or parcel sorting experience preferred (not essential)

* Ability to work night shifts with start times between 00:00 and 03:00

* Physically fit and capable of manual handling

* Reliable, punctual, and flexible approach to work

* Good attention to detail and accuracy

* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
