The Pay & Shift

• Hourly Rate: £13.20 per hour
• Night Premium: +£1.81 per hour (additional)
• The Shift: Sunday – Wednesday | 20:00 – 07:00
• The Perk: Work four nights and enjoy a three-day weekend—every single week.

The Role: Keeping Operations Flowing

As a Warehouse Operative on the night shift, you are a vital part of our nocturnal cycle. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that every bath, basin, and box of tiles is handled with care and ready for early‑morning dispatch.

Your Nightly Duties Will Include

• Unloading & Verifying: Checking in night‑time deliveries. You’ll need a keen eye to ensure everything is "flush" and matches the paperwork.
• Storage & Organisation: Placing stock in the correct locations. Precision is key here—we need our warehouse to be as organised as a perfectly tiled showroom.
• Picking & Packing: Using our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to find and pack orders. You’ll ensure that even the most fragile items are wrapped securely so they don't "crack" under pressure during transit.
• The Heavy Lifting: Operating manual handling equipment and PPTs (following a successful assessment) to move stock safely across the floor.
• Site Pride: Keeping your workspace sparkling and "audit‑ready" for the morning team. No one likes a "clogged" warehouse!
