Warehouse Operative / Forklift Driver

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join a team in Biggleswade. This is a temp to permanent opportunity offering a competitive salary for an experienced warehouse professional. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations, ensuring stock is handled safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

Loading and unloading deliveries
Operating forklift trucks safely and effectively
Moving, storing, and organising stock within the warehouse
Picking and packing orders accurately
Carrying out stock checks and inventory control
Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed at all times
Assisting with vehicle movements on-site where required
Supporting general warehouse duties as needed Requirements:Essential:

Valid Forklift License
Previous warehouse operative experience
Strong understanding of health and safety practices
Good communication and teamwork skills
Reliable, punctual, and physically fit Desirable:

Experience working with drylining or building materials
Valid Banksman certification (training can be provided if not currently held) Benefits:
