Warehouse Operative / FLT

Alliance Personnel are currently recruiting for a warehouse operative / FLT Counterbalance driver to join one of their client based in Lichfield WS14.

You will be responsible for the following:

* Loading and unloading lorries and putting away

* Picking and palletizing rolls of plastic Geo grid products which are long rolls of product

* Picking, palletizing and securing pallets of iron and steel access covers and frames

* Strapping

* Operating FLT Counterbalance (electric up to 2.5k)

* 50/50 - warehouse / FLT

* Organize and stock inventory in designated areas

* Maintain a clean and organized work area

* Adhere to H&S regulations

Requirements:

* Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required

* Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy

* Basic computer skills for inventory management

* Excellent organizational and time management skills

* Ability to work independently or as part of a team

* Reliable and punctual

Working hours : Monday - Friday (40hrs per week)

Shifts: 6am - 3pm and 10am - 7pm (rotating)

Temp to Perm 12 weeks
