Warehouse Operative\n\nPertemps Reading are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our client in Reading.\n\nMonday to Friday (rotating shifts)\n\n05:00 – 13:30 week 1\n\n12:30 – 21:00 week 2\n\nSpecific tasks for a successful Warehouse Operative will include:\n \nPick computer generated orders with repetitive handling/lifting of heavy and large item\n \nAccurately record stock movement and usage, along with product identification and use of measuring equipment\n \nWork efficiently and effectively as part of a team and on your own\n \nOperate saws and handle steel\n \nTransferring stock to its location using a Forklift trucks and cranes\n \nAssisting in the overall production and dispatch of customers’ orders.\n \nMaintain high levels of Health and Safety.\n \nBe adaptable and flexible in approach to work to meet operational requirements\n\nThe ideal candidate for this Warehouse Operative role would possess the following:\n \nThe successful candidate will have experience as a Warehouse Operative\n \nHave a flexible attitude, be results oriented, and enjoy working in a team environment.\n \nCrane, Fork-Lift, and Side-loader experience is desirable but not essential.\n \nHealth & Safety awareness.\n \nUK Driving License\n If you are interested in a Warehouse Operative role, please apply now
