Warehouse Operations Manager

We are recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee dual-site warehouse operation. This is a key leadership role responsible for delivering efficient operations, excellent customer service, and strong team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day warehouse operations across two nearby sites
Lead, motivate, and develop a team of warehouse operatives and technicians
Ensure accurate stock control, inventory management, and use of WMS systems
Oversee Goods In/Out processes, storage, and compliance procedures
Monitor KPIs, drive performance, and implement continuous improvements
Maintain health & safety standards, audits, and site security
Support budgeting and P&L, identifying cost-saving opportunities
Build strong relationships with internal teams and customers
Manage staffing, including recruitment, training, and performance reviews
Key Requirements:
35 years experience in a warehouse leadership role
Strong people management and customer-facing skills
