Your role as a Warehouse Manager is tailored for leading a busy, fast-paced operation handling engineering materials, structured cabling, and technical equipment. You will manage stock and logistics to ensure projects run smoothly, while leading a dedicated team in a family-feel environment.

As a Warehouse Manager, you will take charge of the warehouse operations, ensuring efficient stock management, shipping, and receiving of technical and engineering materials. Your Role As A Warehouse Manager Will Include:

* Managing daily warehouse operations, including stock control, dispatch, and receiving of technical and engineering materials

* Leading and motivating a team of warehouse staff

* Maintaining health and safety and compliance standards, particularly with technical project materials

* Coordinating logistics and inventory management systems for engineering projects

* Supporting commercial projects across Europe, occasional travel may be required

The Successful Warehouse Manager Will Have:

* Proven experience in warehouse management or logistics, preferably within technical or engineering materials

* Strong leadership and team management skills

* Knowledge of stock management systems and warehouse procedures

* Valid UK Driving Licence

* Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
