Warehouse Manager, Milton Keynes, £50,000 per annum, Day Shift
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Warehouse Manager to take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of warehouse operations within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
·Oversee all warehouse operations, including goods in/out, packing inspection, stock control, and dispatch.
·Manage and optimise the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
·Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, housekeeping, and health & safety standards.
·Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions.
·Drive operational improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.
·Lead, coach, and motivate the warehouse team to achieve operational targets.

The successful Warehouse Manager will have:
·Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a senior supervisory role within FMCG or the food sector.
·Strong knowledge of WMS, stock control, temperature-controlled environments, and packing inspection processes.
·Excellent understanding of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.
·IOSH qualification (Managing Safely or higher) - essential.
·Experience conducting safety and compliance audits.
·Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
