Overview We are looking for an experienced, hands‑on Warehouse Manager to take full responsibility for the day‑to‑day running of our steel stockholding warehouse. Reporting directly to the Company Directors, you will manage warehouse staff, stock, transport, equipment and Health & Safety, ensuring a safe, efficient and well‑organised operation. This role requires strong organisational skills and the ability to lead by example in a busy, physical warehouse environment. Responsibilities

Supervising and training warehouse and driver staff Goods inwards/outwards, stock and quality control Order picking, packing and bar sawing Transport planning, loading/unloading and occasional driving Health & Safety compliance and housekeeping Maintenance of vehicles and equipment

Qualifications

Experience in a steel stockholding or similar warehouse environment Previous supervisory experience (preferred) Strong organisational and communication skills Forklift licence and full driving licence A reliable, hands‑on and safety‑focused approach
