Warehouse Manager An established and highly respected British design-led brand is entering an exciting new phase of growth and is launching a brand-new warehouse operation in Banbury . To support this expansion, we are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead the operation from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to play a key role in setting up and shaping a new facility, building a high-performing team, and creating efficient, scalable warehouse processes that support both ecommerce and wholesale customers . The Role As Warehouse Manager, you will take full ownership of the day-to-day warehouse operation, ensuring goods move safely, accurately and on time . Youll be a hands-on leader who enjoys building teams, improving processes and delivering excellent service. You will also be involved in the transition from a third-party logistics provider to the new Banbury site, ensuring a smooth and well-planned go live.
