Summary

We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse and Logistics Manager to lead and develop our warehouse and logistics operations at our site.

This is a key leadership role, responsible for ensuring the efficient, safe, and cost-effective receipt, storage, and distribution of goods, while driving continuous improvement and maintaining exceptional service levels.

You’ll take full ownership of warehouse performance, inventory accuracy, and transport coordination, working closely with colleagues across Operations, Procurement, Production, and Customer Service to deliver outstanding operational results.

Your Role

* Lead all warehouse and logistics activities to ensure goods are received, stored, and dispatched safely, accurately, and efficiently.

* Oversee stock control systems, ensuring inventory accuracy and full traceability.

* Plan and coordinate outbound transport, courier management, and internal stock movements.

* Manage and develop the warehouse team, promoting a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
