Role Overview Alexander Steele is supporting a successful FMCG business to recruit a Warehouse Lead. The Warehouse Lead is responsible for the end-to-end performance of warehouse operations across two FMCG sites. The role ensures safe, efficient, and compliant management of inbound materials, internal stock movements, inter-site transfers, and finished goods dispatch. Working closely with Production, Planning, Technical, Engineering, and Supply Chain, the Warehouse Lead drives performance across Safety, Quality, Service, Cost, and People. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop Warehouse Front Line Managers and warehouse teams across multiple shifts. Build a high-performing, engaged warehouse team with strong communication and a consistent one team culture. Manage training plans, competency requirements, recruitment, and performance. Oversee all warehouse activities including goods-in, stock control, inter-site transfers, and finished goods dispatch. Ensure high levels of stock accuracy, dispatch accuracy Maintain robust inventory management processes and accurate system data (ERP/WMS).
