Warehouse Forklift truck operative

Aspired talent are looking for a Warehouse Forklift truck operative for our client in Heywood.

You will need a Driving licence for this role as you will sometimes be using the Van. Also require an FLT Counterbalance licence.

Hours are 7am till 4pm Monday to Thursday and 7am till 3pm Friday.

Duties will include:-

• receiving deliveries of goods and supplies.
• checking for damaged or missing items.
• storing goods.
• moving stock around by hand, using lifting gear or a forklift truck.
• Booking pallets
• Fulfilling recycling waste processes
• Using computer systems
• packing orders.
• loading and sometimes delivering goods.
• keeping records of stock.
• keeping paperwork up to date.

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment
• Full driving licence
• Forklift truck Counterbalance licence
• Good communication skills
• Punctual and reliable
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
