Warehouse Operative – £13.59 per hour – Monday to Friday

Are you an experienced Warehouse Operative with Counterbalance and Pivot forklift licences? We have a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving manufacturing team with the potential of a permanent position.

Offering a competitive rate of £13.59 per hour (£28,260 per annum), you'll enjoy a consistent working schedule of 11:00am – 7:00pm, Monday to Friday (with an initial training period of 9:00am – 5:00pm).

What You'll Be Doing

Safely operate counterbalance and pivot forklifts to load, unload, and move materials throughout the site Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch Book in deliveries and maintain thorough goods in/goods out documentation Move raw materials and finished products between warehouse and production areas Ensure stock accuracy through routine checks and cycle counts Conduct daily equipment inspections and uphold a clean, safe working environment Collaborate with production teams and actively contribute to continuous improvement efforts

What We're Looking For

Valid Counterbalance and Pivot forklift licences A background in warehouse, factory, or production environments Strong attention to detail with solid organisational skills Punctual, dependable, and consistent in attendance A team-focused mindset and a positive, can-do attitude
