Warehouse First Line Manager - Stowmarket, Suffolk Shifts: 4 days on / 2 days off (rotating 06:00-14:30 & 14:30-23:00) Annual Working Days: 244 (vs traditional 260) Salary: £38k per year, based on experience + benefits package worth up to £1,740/year First Call Talent Solutions is proud to be partnering with a leading UK brand as they've launch a state-of-the-art Distribution Centre in Stowmarket -the largest warehouse built in over five years. We are currently seeking two experienced Warehouse First Line Managers to help shape the future of operations at this flagship site.
What You'll Be Doing:
Leading a team of approximately 50 warehouse operatives
Overseeing operations across inbound, stock put-away, picking, dispatch, and inventory
